Made to fit your Seasoned Cast Iron Skillet, the Glass Lid turns an open pan into a covered one—so you can simmer, steam, and shallow-fry with control.

A close-fitting lid traps heat and moisture inside the skillet to speed up cooking and keep food tender, while a built-in steam vent releases excess steam to prevent boil-over. The clear glass lets you watch food brown without lifting the lid and losing heat, and the stainless steel rim and handle are built for everyday use. Drop it on to braise and steam, then lift it off to finish with a signature cast-iron sear. Made in China.
